A parking spot in Capital City Bank's parking lot was recently dedicated to Francis Hays.  Bank employees came up with the gesture in recognition of the fact that Hays, who owns the barber shop next door to the bank, has been parking there since 1953.  Friends and family were on hand to celebrate the momentous occasion.
