Ventriloquist Julie Waller Boyd, along with her animated wooden friends -- BC Homes and Mrs. Mildred -- will be at Damascus Baptist Church, located at 5083 Highway 77 in Graceville, for the Sunday morning service on Mother's Day, May 11. 

Boyd is the vice president for development for the Florida Baptist Children's Home with her office located in Lakeland.  She moved there last December after having served as the Northwest Florida administrator with her office located on the Florida Baptist Children's Home campus on Buck Lake Road in Tallahassee.  She is married to Charles "Poker" Boyd and is the mother of two sons.  Her parents are Burl and Margie Waller of Chipley.
