Barbara Gayle Quattlebaum

Barbara (Bobbie) Gayle Quattlebaum, 56, of Chipley passed
from this life on Wednesday, December 30, in Chipley.
Barbara had worked as a nurse for more than 35 years.
She was born on September 30, 1953, as the youngest daughter
of William J. and Rhoda (Pitts) Quattlebaum in Bonifay.
She was a lifelong resident of Chipley. She was of the
Free Will Baptist faith and a member of the First Free Will
Baptist Church in Chipley.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Thursday, December
31, at the First Free Will Baptist Church in Chipley with
the Rev. Ben Hull officiating. Interment will follow
in the Shiloh Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home directing.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the
church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include one brother, Steve and wife Madlyn
Quattlebaum of Chipley; three sisters: Brenda and husband
Stanley Lane of Graceville, Shirley and husband Roger Grace
of Ft. Walton Beach, and Patsy and husband Regie Simmons of
Crystal Lake; one aunt, Nellie (James) Gasper; nephews: Todd
Simmons, Guy Lane, Chad and Josh Grace; nieces: Tracey
Simmons, Summer Lane Forehand and Ashleigh D. Watford; seven
great nieces; five great nephews; and numerous cousins.
