Nila Mae Stephens of Marianna passed away Friday, February
5, at
Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay.
Mrs. Stephens was born November 15, 1926. She was a
homemaker and a lifelong resident of Marianna.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard
Stephens; and two sons: Donnie and Larry Stephens.
She is survived by three sons: Preston, Jerry and Terry
Stephens; four daughters: Shirley Mae Stephens, Diane Barber
and husband Hook, Dale Porter and Linda Davis, all of
Marianna; 17 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; one
great-great grandchild; special friend Odis Harrison of
Marianna; and her little dog Rusty.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday,
February 11, at Maddox Chapel. Burial will follow at
Sims Cemetery with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox
Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from
6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, at Maddox Chapel.
