Janet Marie Armstrong

Mrs. Janet Marie Armstrong, age 69, of Bonifay passed
away January 11 at Jackson Hospital in Marianna.
She was born May 13, 1940 in Pulaski, Virginia, to the
late Grover Leonard and Etta Hazel Minnick Scott.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Armstrong was preceded
in death by her husbands: Donald McCoy, Otis Yarbrough and
Rodney Wicker.
She is survived by her husband, Robert William Armstrong
of Bonifay; one daughter, Cindy Carnley and husband J.B. of
Bonifay; two sons: Butch McCoy and Scott McCoy and wife
Lori, both of Bonifay; four sisters: Mary Margarett Crowley
of Newport News, VA, Shirley Giles of Parrott, VA, Verta
Fortune of Vellejo, CA, Norma Stoots of Watertown, NY; five
grandchildren: Christy, Brandon, Dustin, Tyler, Abby; five
great-grandchildren: Brittney, Derek, Brandon Jr., Cameron
Dillon.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, January 15, at First
Freewill Baptist Church in Bonifay with Rev. Tim Schneider
and Rev. John Foxworth officiating. Interment will
follow in the Bonifay City Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home
of Bonifay directing.
