Gale Daniels Capps

Gale Daniels Capps, 51, of Grand Ridge died Sunday,
January 10, at her residence.
Gale was born January 4, 1959, the first baby of
the new year, to Ralph and Eloise Daniels. Gale was a
lifelong resident of Grand Ridge and a member of Welcome
Assembly of God Church in Dellwood.
Gale fought a brave, courageous battle with leukemia.
Heaven is her new home.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her son, Justin Hurst and wife Sherry
of Grand Ridge; two sisters: Sandra Riggsbee and husband Jim
of North August, SC, and Kaye Williams and husband Buddy of
Marianna; four grandchildren; special cousin and best
friend, Phyllis Bailey.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 12,
at Welcome Assembly of God Church with Dr. Thomas Batts and
Rev. Dewey Meyers officiating. Burial will follow in
Welcome Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox
Chapel directing. The family will receive friends
Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Welcome Assembly of God Church,
6784 Messer Road, Grand Ridge.
