Harold Dean Coomer

Mr. Harold Dean Coomer, age 75, passed away January 25 at
Gulf Coast Medical Center in Panama City.
He was born July 20, 1934 in La See, Kentucky, to the
late John Dempsey and Anna Lloyd Coomer.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Coomer was preceded in
death by his wife, Nellie Lorene Coomer, and a sister, Neva
Nell Dupler.
Mr. Coomer is survived by his wife, Eden Lorene Harman
Coomer of Bonifay; one son, Jeffrey Dean Coomer of Ft.
Myers; two grandchildren: Alexander Dean Coomer and Jennifer
Aline Coomer; two step-daughters: Rachel Denise Edminson and
husband Robbie and Carrie Elizabeth Stanley, both of
Bonifay; four step-grandchildren: Alyna Elizabeth Donelson,
Abbie Lorene Stanley, Bradlee Drew Stanley, David Michael
Woods, Jr.; four brothers: Edward Coomer and wife Margaret
of Cincinnati, Ohio, John Coomer of Bonifay, Fred Coomer and
wife Alice of Logan, Ohio, Billy Joe Coomer and wife Rita of
New Straitsville, Ohio; four sisters: Constance Petty and
husband Kay of Louisville, Kentucky, Carol King of
Clearwater, Bobbie Dickson and husband Roy of Pickerington,
Ohio, Mary Lou Inman and husband Melvin of Harrison, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, January
29, at Peel Funeral Home Chapel in Bonifay. Interment
will follow in the Bonifay City Cemetery with military
honors with Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
