Clyde Wilda Galloway

Mr. Clyde Wilda Galloway, 84, of Bonifay passed away December 30, 2009 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee. 

He was born August 1, 1925 in Holmes County to the late William A. and Charity Daisy Cotton Galloway. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven brothers: Cleo Galloway, Cliff Galloway, W.A. Galloway, Jr., Murdoc Galloway, Reo Galloway, Drew "Boots" Galloway, an infant brother, and Harvey Galloway; two sisters: Celeste Outlaw and Ruby Hutson. 

Mr. Galloway is survived by his wife, Dorothy Davis Galloway of Bonifay; a son, Clyde W. "Billy" Galloway and wife Melissa of Tallahassee; a daughter, Cecilia "Cissy" Rehwinkel and husband Charles of Tallahassee; three grandchildren: William A. "Will" Galloway, Catherine Rehwinkel, and Anna Laura Rehwinkel; two brothers: Buford Galloway and C.C. "Bill" Galloway and wife Helen, both of Sweet Gum Head; two sisters: Vallie Riddle of Geneva, Alabama, and Patricia Andrews of Sweet Gum Head. 

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 2, at First Baptist Church in Bonifay with Rev. Shelly Chandler and Rev. David Lauen officiating.  Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, January 2, at Culley's Meadow Wood Memorial Park in Tallahassee with military honors.  Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay is directing.  Memorial contributions may be given to your favorite charity or Shriners Hospital for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
